I would like to start out by saying:

♥ FUCK YOU, DIZ! IT'S LIKE YOU STEPPED ON A KITTEN OR SOMETHING!

I get that Roxas can't exist if they want Sora to be complete etc etc etc but did they have to steal his money and his trophy??

♥ "Hayner! Pence! Olette!" Shoot me! That's sooo irritating.

♥ I miss panels. i really do. I keep trying to glide and dodge roll but I can't. xDD

♥ Roxas/Namine is the most unconvincing pairing EVER. They meet, she gives him really terrible news, and all the sudden they're like "WE'LL MEET AGAIN, I PROMISE!!"? I like Roxas/Namine and all and they had limited time, but couldn't they have had a LITTLE more development? Of course, they ARE the other halves of Sora and Kairi, so I guess they don't need any...

♥ Say what you will about Jesse McCartney, but he's a really good voice actor. Just his, "No one will miss me" makes me go brrrrr. I thought it was subtle, as angsty and over-the-top the fandumb seems to interpret it. Really, kudos to him.

♥ Roxas: What's going to happen to me?
Namine: You WON'T disappear!

That's some strangely specific denial...

♥ Being able to walk in 1st person is strangely fun. I swear, I'm going to go through the whole game that way.

♥ At one point there's a table, and Roxas draws a design on it and the floor disappears. It's always bothered me that Roxas knows what to draw! That's sooo random and pointless.

♥ It also bugs me how Sora has to lose his memories. Why could he only remember CoM or KH1? Did they ever explain that? It also makes that whole speech in KH1 worthless. "As long as my friends don't forget me, I don't need the keyblade! My heart is my power!" etc.
...Oopsies.

♥ One thing I do like is that nice doesn't necessarily equal good in this game. DiZ is a total douche and his motives are petty, but he's doing what's right. Then you have characters like Demyx who are kind of cute and goofy, but they're also trying to kill you. It's a very Sondheimian moral.

♥ Axel should have died in the beginning. I know Word of God stated that he was meant to. I mean, his heroic sacrifice was great, but... I don't know, this made more sense and was, imo, a lot sadder. But then, since he's sort of faking his death there, it makes him seem more like the magnificent bastard he was in CoM. So eh.

♥ Seeing Roxas with the two keyblades makes me sad about Xion. :(

♥ KH2 is so oddly high tech, isn't it? I don't think there was even a single computer in KH1.I dunno, it just strikes me as odd.

♥ SPOILER FOR 558/2 DAYS. I'm a little less sad for Roxas in this game. I think it's because I figured he had been in Twilight Town for more than just a week, the dreams just suddenly started, and then... BAM! "you weren't meant to exist!" But nope. Still sad though. :( Especially for Xion.

♥ lollerskates. And then I'm too happy to play as Sora that can't feel bad for Roxas for too long. The mood whiplash is really quite something, isn't it?

♥ "well let's see, we saved the world, restored peace..." Sora, you so weren't this much of a douche in KH1. Stop it.

♥ "Thank Namine". Why in the world is this the only thing Jiminy wrote??? Couldn't he have been like, "yeah, we went in this castle, to lose is to find and to find is to lose etc, we fought some people in black coats, encountered a Riku clone..." Also: THEY NEVER DO THANK NAMINE! That drives me nuts!

♥ The Twilight Town music change once you start playing as Sora is a really nice touch.

♥ Why do Hayner, Pence, and Olette not find the talking dog and duck strange. Whyyyyyyyy.

♥ Olette: Sora... Donald... and Goofy...

And so it starts. :I

♥ Creepy Struggle announcer guy is waaaay creepy.

♥ LOL at Sora, in his little shorts, picking a fight with Seifer. OH SORA, YOU AND YOUR HOT PANTS ARE SO BRIMMING WITH UNBRIDLED AMOUNTS OF TESTOSTERONE.

♥ Dumbest like in the whole game to date: "Could that have been King Mickey?" He's a MOUSE! He has giant ears and is approximately three feet tall! And they didn't recognize him because he's in a BLACK COAT?!

♥ In the original trailer, didn't the first fight against the Dusks take place in Hollow Bastion? And Sora had his new clothes. Idk, I just always remember that when I play through that part.

♥ Mickey's little train reminds me of the Polar Express, haha.

♥ The looping music (I think it was "Treasured Memories" playing) was two seconds away from driving me insane. 5 minute cutscene + 30 second music bite = NOOOOOOOOOO. But aww, poor Sora crying for no real reason at all. ;_; And Hayner, Pence, and Olette just being like "uhhhhh thisissoawkward"

♥ Goofy says something like, "Adventuring rule #4! Be prepared!" ...Since when has there been adventuring rules?! This is the first and last time he's ever said that.

Weeeeird.
